View Full Version : Saiga bullet guide question

I drilled and tapped one of my Saigas for a bullet guide. The hole isn't centered. I can get the screw started but it is cockeyed. Is there a way to fix this? Should I drill the hole in the bullet guide bigger or should I just put locktite on the screw and torque the $%$#@ out of it and force it in crooked but flush?

How about filing a little bit off one side of the bullet guide so I can scoot it over and line it up over the hole better?

Whew!! That scared me. I filed the side of the bullet guide down so it would slide over enough to align with the hole. It worked perfect and there is no play side to side.
