Hey Guys, newbie question here: can I discharge a firearm on a closed public road? Today I was in this road in the mountains in California that is gated to the traffic. At the gate there are two signs:
"Public Roadway, only uses may lock this gate"
"Trail Closed to motorized vehicles, foot & horse travel permitted"
Can I shoot from and across this road?
