Hey all, I'm looking for a dealer in Los Angeles that can either facilitate the transfer of this weapon through SSE or just by keeping the mags that come with it.

I am a new resident to this state and I'm in the Army Reserves right now; just separated from Active Duty with honorable discharge. I'm in the process of getting a job as an interdiction officer with the border patrol and I'm looking to purchase this handgun for duty purposes, but I'm not sure what documentation I'd need to say that I'm a, "peace officer."

I apologize for my ignorance but I can't understand the law after contacting several dealers, the magazines I will use will have a 10 round capacity so how does this differ from any other 9mm, .40 or .45 ACP with higher capacities?

I need this specific handgun. I will purchase one reasonably priced from a dealer or have one shipped to an FFL who will accept.

Thanks.

EBR should be able to help you out. http://www.calguns.net/calgunforum/forumdisplay.php?f=235
I think they're actually selling a .40 ppq also.
