http://www.slickguns.com/product/german-walther-p1-9mm-pistol-31995

So tempting ... I have heard many good things. I checked the doj website and it lists the following:
P1 (Legacy Sports International) / Composite, Steel Pistol 4.94" 9mm 6/5/2013
P1 (P.W. Arms) / Composite, Steel Pistol 4.94" 9mm 2/20/2013

I haven't really read over this site before so I wasn't sure why two are listed? I am assuming it just emails two different distributer's had sent them in for testing?

Thanks for any info!

It's a C&R pistol, exempt from the roster.

I have one myself that I've bought from AIM a few years back. You're good to go.

I don't know your location but last time I checked there were 2 of them for sale in the Market Place, Orange/LA county. They appeared to be in excellent condition and the guy was asking $375.00. I'll bet with just a minor amount of haggling that you could get it at the same or even a little cheaper than the $319.00 plus, plus, plus price at slick guns. I purchased one of the shotguns that was in the same add and the seller is good to go.

Yeah my other thoughts on a classic 9mm pistol were a browning hi power.
