Keep me on the list. Burbank Firing Lane is my "default" shooting range.

I might be in depending on time.... I have not been there much lately, but I usually shoot there Sat morning or Sunday night before closing.

Might not be able to make it after work by 7:30, but can def. Do sat morning

07-02-2007, 1:45 PM
we are allowing 5.7 now, and Sat mornings from 10-11 can be a little hard to get lanes (we have one side tied up). If I'm here when ya'll come down, maybe we can work out a special.

They have them on their website if you google firing line
you could just click down there V

Firing Line in Burbank sounds good to me. I am down for a Cal Guns meet at Burbank.

LOL, my 57 was the one Burbank used to test to see if it would be safe to shoot there. I must say Firing Line is one nice place to shoot.

See ya again bear308.

I will be out of the country on the 12th and 14th, so I am going to hit up TFL tonight, if anyone is interested. On the menu tonight is an X-Five comp, P7M13 and a P226 Elite :)

I shoot there a couple of times a week. I usually warm-up by hanging empty .22 ammo boxes from the target clips. It's fun because they move when you hit them.

Probably going to go to Burbank Thurs. night (7/5) if I can make it, if anyone else is going, let me know...

how about shooting with complete gears( holster and mag pouch ) with scenarios? i think its cooler? what do you think guys?

07-18-2007, 3:37 AM
Yes it's better practice using your gear but using the word cool is exactly the kind of people they don't want doing that. The chance of you getting to draw from a holster at the Firing Line are no and hell no.

If you want to practice holster work call Gene at Oaktree and see what he has to say. They have poppers, clay flippers, a moving target, barricades. Tell Gene you have a group that wants to do this I'm sure you'll need an RO but it's a thought.

Good luck and keep the dates posted.

Anyone planning to go this week? PM me so we can meet up...it'd be great to have a group going. Thurday night seem to be really quiet.

and Wed. nights right now. Swing by, if a calguns group comes down when I'm around I'll work out some kind of a discount.;)

Was there tonight for 2 hours, only three folks came and and left. I'm pretty much there with my G35 and home made targets.:D
