For a pretty much all STAG AR-15 no carry handle sight or front A2 sight. Rails all around.

Not looking for distance with this one, just a nice plinker. I have a couple other lowers and one will be more precision.

Thanks.

why not get both?

cheap Aimpoint red dot clones can be found on Ebay for $50 that are much more accurate and easier to use than iron sites. then you can get the UTG rear site from AIM to cowitness for only $30.

Wow, those are cheap red dots.

The rear sight is cheap, but where do I get a cheap front sight?

Do yourself a favor and get quality BUIS first and save up for a real Aimpoint.

$70 (with mount) vs. $500 (with mount)

My $70 unit has lasted me over a year. Will replace it with a Eotech 557 one day, but no hurry. My ARMS and MI rear BUIS both cost me $100 each and I have only used each one time (to zero). I have to say I got my $70 worth.

I know it's pretty lame when you have a $250 light on your rifle and your red dot is only $70 :D

Yeah that's pretty lame. First time I've ever agreed with you!

Glad you've had luck with your Clonepoint.
