I have been looking for a decent carry gun, and I have some experience with some compact (not subcompact) weapons such as the Glock 19 and Ruger SR9/40cs.

I've got pretty big hands, and these guns are basically the smallest I can go without having a hard time shooting them.

I have seen a decent sale of the Sig 2022, and was wondering how good this would be as a carry weapon?

I would want to carry IWB, and consider other carry options.

Does anyone EDC this gun?

How do you feel about it?

As a Californian I don't EDC mine, but wouldnt hesitate to.

I carry my SP2009 (predecessor to SP2022) regularly with no problems. Even with (legal) standard capacity mags it's barely noticeable in my Cleveland Holster.

I carry mine in a Galco Jax slide, almost like IWB.

Instructor at my ccw class had one concealed and you couldn't even tell. Good stiff 5.11 ccw belt, iwb holster
I can't find my notebook but it was horsehide with a removveable kydex shell. He claimed it wasn't bad or hard to conceal.
