Just brought this home today:

Shot about 100 rounds out of it at the range, shoots sweet, it's my first handgun and I absolutely love it.

Nice, I always want to have the MK23 but since it's off roster, may be I'll buy this one someday.

Congratulations - the HK USP is a great firearm, rugged, durable and accurate. I had a full size .40 as my first handgun. The HK mag release is still one of my alltime-favorites.

However - since the pistol is huge, we parted ways a couple of years ago. The smaller USP compact is still part of the arsenal ;-)

love mine also. I've picked up a few since, but the USP .45 makes every range trip, while I rotate the rest... great nightstand gun...

fyi, the trigger bar will develop side to side play over time, it's normal...

Yep, I'm pretty pleased with it, some people say its too huge, especially in .45, but I'm a big guy with big monster hands, so it fits pretty nicely in my grip.

Throw some Hogue Handall grips on it and it'll feel even better!

That's the thing that counts - it needs to works well for you and apparently it does.

Can't go wrong with the USP. Closing in on 2000 rounds through mine without a single hiccup ever.

Very nice. I have a USPc 9mm and shoots like a dream. His big brother up there is next.

Great gun but bad for you... now your standard is set high. Not many better out from here on out.
I have 4 of them...

You definitely did set that bar high for yourself! My first handgun was a HK USP 40 Compact with a stainless slide:43: Enjoy!!!!!
