View Full Version : Wrong light shipped... My 3rd attempt to get your attention

Hey folks I know you're busy but this is crazy.

I ordered a TLR-1s for a handgun ($109.99) and got a TLR-1s HP ($99.99) instead. ( I got charged for the original price of $109.99)

I called but no one answered for a frw days so I sent a message thru your website (no reply) so I sent another one today...

What's up?

I like the accident that you shipped me the HP but (1) it was $10 more than what was ordered on my CC for the TLR-1s.

(2) I like the HP version but I would like to get the remote sw for it in an AR.

(3) the Normal TLR-1 then went on a daily deal for $99.99 this past weekend... Grrr..

(3) I orderd on the Free Shipping promotion weeks ago. Can we still honor this to fix my problems?

(4) how can we fix this??

I haven't spoken with CS yet, so my guess is that they just got to your e-mail (they answer them in the order they receive).

I checked with CS and they refunded you the difference of the incorrect light you received. I didn't see any further correspondence with them in regards to anything else you might need assistance with.

If you can please e-mail CS with what you need assistance with I will let them know to keep an eye out for it.

First off thanks for checking up on this... however I did not get a answer on the remote door and remote switch for the HP light (I did email them about it and no reply). I thought about and told myself after awhile 'eh forget it.... whatever'.

So I ordered another TLR-1s light from you as well as ammo (free shipping, deal on ammo). I opened the box today and found that the wrong light was shipped again!!! (TLR-1s HP - the same wrong light twice !)

I don't want this. I want to return it for a replacement of what I want. I am not paying to ship this back to you either so please send me a replacement and the UPS return label at the same time. I cannot wait to ship this back and then wait for the replacement as I am on a time crunch now.

Seriously, twice in a row? If you cannot ship the correct light to me before you get the wrong light then I'll just return it for a full refund and buy it from someone else.

I'm not sure how they managed to ship the wrong item twice, but it's pretty embarrassing. No excuses here, they messed up twice and the manager is aware of the issue.
I packed your TLR-1s myself, and the return shipping label for the wrong light is in the box. It will ship out today around 6PM EST. Let me know if you need tracking information.
