When no one ever awnser's the phone? I have called like 10-15 times today to check the status on a order that was place a week ago and no one picks up... Why even have a phone number on your web site??

All orders ship priority mail with tracking . If you did not get a tracking number shoot me an email to email@example.com
I've sent several emails asking for tracking and I'm yet to get a response.

I'm not the one that started the thread, but I thought it was silly to start a new thread for the same problem.
I created an account at Solar's site and placed an order early in December (13th I think). I printed the order confirmation direct from their site.
I never received an order confirmation email and my account on their site doesn't work - so I sent them an email asking about that and when it would ship.
They ignored the point that I'd not received the email and that I couldn't log into my account. The complete reply was "Order will ship Monday priority mail" - meaning the 17th.
NOTE: I understand that mail service is slowed during the holidays, but I've already received half a dozen other items I ordered in the same time period. Couple that with the fact that Solar Tactical is based less than an hour from where I live, and any suggestion that the postal service is to blame goes out the window.
The Friday following (21st) I sent another email asking for a tracking number. No reply has been received as of 8:09am Wednesday.
