Are these lead or steel shot?

1oz loads is the bare minimum for me on huntin doves. I preferr atleast 1 1/8oz or heavier. In my experience i seem to go thru a lot more 1oz loads before reaching bag limit. Hit ratio is more of 1:3 whereas with say 1 1/4oz loads would net me 1:1.

Would these work well for trap shooting? I seem to usually use a little larger than 1oz but am way to green I think to know the difference.
