The price for a tin is getting ridiculous IMHO. Wish I had stocked up when Century had it on sale for 100/tin (free shipping for 5+ tins).

At that price, it's about the same price as Silver Bear, which also happens to be non-corrosive.

Aim has it in right now too. IIRC it's $30 a tin cheaper than what ammoman has it for

My friend had horrible luck with the silver bear. Tons of light strikes and horrid accuracy. Damn thing worked great with surplus though.

YMMV

What about TULA 5.45x39mm? anyone tried those? I haven't tried the silver bear. I do have the Wolf non corrosive and seems to be working fine.

I guess, it depends on the rifle. I've picked Silver Bear in 5.45 out of the rest of them (I tried Russian and Bulgarian (I think) surplus, Wolf, and Tula) because it was more consistent and didn't give me problems in my AKs. However, 7.62x39 Silver Bear sucked (for me), while Golden Tiger worked well in all of my rifles, including the AR.

I had no problems with feeding in Bulgarian AK-74s. However, it was very inconsistent in them.
