It holds 12 +1 and is semi auto. Is this legal in ca? I don't see why not since its internal and has no detachable mag so it's not hi cap mag or anything. I wanted to order it but rifle gear guy replied that he couldn't order because it was held mor than 10 shells? So ... Is it legal in ca?

(a) A feeding device that has been permanently altered so that it
cannot accommodate more than 10 rounds.
(b) A .22 caliber tube ammunition feeding device.
(c) A tubular magazine that is contained in a lever-action

I think because the tube can hold more than 10, it cant be imported and sold in the state.

Like a saiga 12. With it being fixed mag, you can have a 20 round drum, but you would have had to have the drum before the ban.

Yeah, I'm pretty confused by this too. I'm been trying to get some clarification it's mostly very conflicting information. When I get my 930 out of jail (Wed), I plan to use a +3 mag extension to bring it up to 10 +1 just to be safe. Good luck finding a solid answer.
