That does look like a fun little toy to have..

I've always wanted the polar opposite.

Zfields, how do you like the Draco as a carbine? Thought about doing that with mine. I haven't shot it yet so I'm on the fence.

Functionality wise, a carbine is the way to go, the stock adds stability allowing for faster target acquisition. If I could SBR mine, I would. Adding the extended muzzle attachment isn't too dreadful, but it is a downer. And I'd want a collapsible stock anyway, which I'd have to have in a fixed position while in CA.

Then you have drop all the original parts in order to be 922r compliant. I love the Romanian trigger on my Draco... I can't be bothered to make mine 922r.

Just my 2.

zfields lives in a free state though, not that it changes 922r compliance, but at least you can SBR if you have the coin and run a collapsible stock.

Very interesting... I have a Draco, and wouldn't mind adding another to the collection when funds allow.

Note the extra reinforcing stamp.... right where a 3rd hole would go?

That is not designed as a civy toy lol....

Hey there is no hate of AKs.. I just think having the pair would be so sexy. I've come to the dark side and became a AK fan reciently. I don't know what's gotten into me :31:

That's what I'm doing with my M85 krink. Should be cool. The extra stamping makes me wonder if thats an I.O. receiver. If thats the case...run like hell.

Yeah and he can actually own one, as no one is offering these with bullet buttons and sled mags. And no one in cali will import them because theyre not in ca compliance....maybe atlantic or another ca friendly store migh ay some point in time

This is where I got mine but I still haven't built it yet...

As it is now. I'm going to cut down the dong to just be a handstop, then strip and either stain it a deep black, or paint it with a textured rubberized finish/bed liner

Mhm, sure. I'm actually planning an AR build next. Was going to go the Daewoo route, I really dig the look of them, but I'm going to go that way when I have some more money to spend.

The pistols were priced at 599 when the page was up. Hard to beat IMO

Which rear trunnion does this have ;)

Looking at the rivet pattern, I'd guess it has the standard yugo underfolder trunnion(probably virgin).

Why you winking?

It's perfect for doing a "Krink" style carbine, but I don't want to admit to wanting to chop on a nice pistol :(

Is the FSB threaded to accept muzzle attachments? It looks like it is with a cover over the threads but I cant tell.

I believe so, looks like they covered it with a thread protector which is probably also welded on... similar to what they did to the Dracos I believe.

Someobody correct me if I am wrong...

It's a propriatary Yugo thread pattern from what I've heard. The arsenal SGL brakes won't fit. I've been looking for a Yugo thread pattern brake that will fit.

Are ya sure? I have a Yugo flash hider that seems to have the regular 24mm base. Same as all my Russian AK-74 brakes anyway.

I'll check it out, Colby at DAS thought they wouldn't work. I'll check back with them. If they do that would be awesome. I can't pick it up for 30+ days, I have another pistol DROS'ed right now.

Too bad its like hens teeth anymore.

Thanks for checking into the threading. This just has "budget M92 Krink conversion" written all over it. A nice PBS-5 barrel extension on this bad boy and we've got a ball game.

If it is in fact a different thread pattern could you post what it is?
Again, many thanks.
EDIT: Duh, I knew this one. 26 x 1.5 LH.
Jesus I need to get back into guns.

So Just noticed its pay day here...any shops in Fresno area have these...? Time to go shopping!

Probably explains why Ive been seeing people take advantage of the Dracos popularity and making a few hundred $$$ profit by selling theirs so they can get one of these
