Interesting.

Maybe Senator Yee can gut and amend SB249 to a bill that regulates the amount of carbon dioxide gas in carbonated drinks.

Or, perhaps, the cost of hookers in the Mission?

Looks like they are taking money from the general fund to pay judgements against the state.

Or a school-choice voucher system, but only for school board members.

Its almost as if they know SB 249 is going to cost them (I mean, *US*) a bundle.

Just read the linked document. It would have been so broad in nature that possession of pretty much any ammunition would have been illegal, as even a .22 Short will penetrate metal if you run as loose and fast to prove that as the author had with this bill. Wow. And now it's the government cheese handout bill. Awesome.

We need a reset button for the government, this is rediculous.

What bothers me most about these bills is that we are just flavor-of-the-week legislation to these *****s, as evidenced by the way they rewrite their bills.

They don't really care about these issues very much, yet they lure us into fighting them constantly.

These asshats need to stop writing bills until the budget deficit is fixed.

They amended it to pay claims in Harris v National Guard and Parent Voices et al v Jack O'Connell et al.

He was using A head but not the right one.

This bill will just pop back up somewhere down the line. If they can't take our guns they'll just have to take our boolits.

The last time a tyrannical government tried to take American boolits they got them. Just at a higher velocity...

It was safe for him to rewrite the bill in light of Skinner's ammo bill.

Wow - a bill about ammunition turned into a bill for another expenditure. As if I weren’t confused by the legislative process already

Thanks for the update Ryan.

He's not concerned about that. He off-sets the cost with free suntan lotion,

How about SB109 no more frugal gun laws passed in a two year period or until the next election. Put that one up on the table!!!
