One clicks sent.

Is it possible for the subject to auto fill the "Oppose 334" or "Support 854"?

I know it sounds like Im being lazy but sometimes I dont want to right anything so I wait until I have the extra time to do so. Im just thinking that if the subject line was filled out automaticly then I wouldnt have to go back to the one click page and see which one Im on.

I know:o Im lazy.

I'll look into that. I find it a little time consuming myself that I have to make a note of the bill number then fill out the subject. It is easy to slip up.

This is one of my one clicks, we will see who is listening I guess.:D

Voting for AB1471 is like voting for the tattooing of Jews, only the law abiding will pay for the heavy handed tactics of those trying to find ways to get rid of firearms. Didn't the nazis do the same things before shoving people into prison camps?

Now that you are reading this I want to say I oppose any laws which have the law abiding citizen thrown in with the dirtbags who are causing the problems in our state, the CA NRA has better ideas for how to fight gun crime here but this isnt one of them and until we have a balanced law I say let another state waste money on microstamping and then we will laugh at how dumb this law was...even the middle of the road gun owners know this will do nothing to the person who has a nail file and 10 minutes to spare.

Lets send this back with a red X and tell them we dont need to waste everyones time for feel good laws that wont work.

California Bill Prohibiting Local Hunting Ordinances Moves to a Vote

Sportsmen Urged to Call Their Senators!

A California bill to block local governments from passing ordinances to stop or approve hunting and fishing could be voted on in the state Senate as soon as Thursday, August 7, 2008.

Assembly Bill 815, sponsored by Assemblyman Tom Berryhill, R- Modesto, clarifies that the California Fish and Game Commission and the Department of Fish and Game are solely responsible for the regulation of hunting and fishing laws, not local governments. This bill would prevent potentially severe county/municipal restrictions, or outright bans, from being placed on hunters and anglers.

In addition to further strengthening the state’s authority over hunting, fishing and scientific wildlife management, the bill would prevent sportsmen from becoming victims of a patchwork of differing fish and game laws that could change from one township to the next.

The measure further clarifies a California Supreme Court decision which upheld a portion of the California Constitution prohibiting cities and counties from regulating fish and game matters. Despite this ruling, many local governments still attempted to their own regulations because no clear statute existed.

Assembly Bill 815 recently passed out of a Senate Committee and is eligible for a vote before the full Senate on August 7, 2008.

Take Action! California sportsmen should call their senator today to ask for their support of AB 815. Let them know that you support the state retaining their ability to effectively manage fish and game manners. To find contact information your senator, call (916) 651-4171 or use the Legislative Action Center at www.ussportsmen.org.
