At least she pointed out the CA DOJ said the BB is legal in CA.

Probably the best written factual article I have read thus far on the subject... Voted... For what it is worth.

I also sent the author an email thanking her for including so many important details about the current legal use of the BB. I think we ought to provide positive reinforcement when they get the story so close to straight.

So what actually happens if the bullet button becomes illegal? Massive sales in monster man grips? Haha. Or is it just illegal and we all have to give up our weapons?

Looks like it's running 100% in our favor right now. I guess the hippies haven't rolled out of bed yet.

Why use the term hippie? You wouldn't know a hippie today if you shook his hand! Seriously!

YES, they should ban the Bullet Button.

It is a safety hazard. You should be required to switch back to standard magazine release button like the original manufacturer intended.

Nobody is turning in anything. You'd better not turn in anything.

The people that voted "yes" probably don't even know what a bullet button is. They just got scared from the pictures of the "assault rifles" and voted yes.

This was interesting until I got a banner that read: "Should San Mateo ban leaf blowers?" http://sanmateo.patch.com/articles/poll-should-san-mateo-ban-leaf-blowers So I guess, the legitimacy and effectiveness of the poll is now IMHO; in question. :D

polls can be done to support, or debunk, any cause you wish to.

most folks use polls to their advantage. (That makes sense, doesn't it?) and tend to ignore if the poll doesn't agree with them.

i'd go so far as to say that the anti-gun crowd tend to ignore polls that do NOT favor their views.

voted...and posted comment. (NOT very flattering to sen yee.)

Ooo, this is a tough one. I would almost vote yes to ban the BB so we can get the whole stupid law struck down. ;)
