Chicago is the city in question. How does it rank with some of the most restrictive 2a laws? ...rank in the world?

"Chicago has the highest murder rate -- higher even than the Third World metropolises of Mexico City and Sao Paolo."

I used to think Chicago was a cool city. When I was 21 I went there for my birthday. I once thought living there would be "fun." Now I know better. I could never live there with their stupid restrictions on RKBA. My father moved to Illinois last year for work. Luckily its not Chicago.
