Heading North on 99 this morning and Just thought I'd mention for those that live in the Central Valley that the Central Valley Guns billboard looks like it was intentionally hit. Pisses me off. Just because there are AR-15s on the billboard. The billboard is like 10 ft or more from the the 99.

Anyways, I hope they get the sign fixed.

"Hit" as in shot at, or run into? If somebody ran into the billboard because of the message, let's just say I hope they totaled their vehicle.

How can something look like it was hit intentionally?

It could be in an area or location where an accidental incident is very unlikely...

Hey things happen, if that sign hadnt wanted to get hit it wouldnt have jumped into the way of what ever hit it. Let that be a lesson, stupid inanimate object.

Why there should be an intelligence test to get a drivers license... and possibly a psyche screening...

You are making a big leap of faith..."get a drivers license". In the central valley I would be surprised if 6 in 10 drivers had a drivers license. ;)

Were there any Brady bumper stickers left at the scene that fell out of the vehicle in question?

Wait, what does hit mean? "Hit" with graffiti? Hit with a car? Shot at?
