Alright, so I got a job at a custom gear shop recently and theyre getting into the Kydex market, none of the guys there know how to do it so I offered to give it a shot. Keep in mind that Iím an 18 year old kid with absolutely zero experience with kydex other than a few youtube videos and the holster I made today. Let me know what you think!! Iím pretty stoked about getting into this kind of job since I love guns of all kind (:
Itís still a work in progress, I messed up on the spacing of the rivets and it still needs some belt loops.

How do you adjust retention - to suit each individual's preference and to account for wear?

I have been putting a little bit more on the trigger guard, but what I want to start doing is putting a block of wood in front of the rear sight when Im molding it, that way I can put a chicago screw in there and the customer can fully adjust the retention based on their preference.

It's really hard to get past your user name. Some of us love CA and dislike the gun laws.

I bought my Kydex from this guy.

Nice, just fix the spacing then you're good to go, here's the one I made for my Ruger 22/45
