Hey guys I am new on here I had a question where can I hunt pig at? I live near Temecula.

You must travel north. It will cost you $350 up to $1000, ($500) average unless you go to FHL, CR, or one of the Refuges.

First hunt you might want to look into a guided hunt. Start researching public areas the DFG website has a pdf on hunting hogs.

We do!

Theres not a lot of good places to hunt for a decent price! And they are hard to find on public land.

I have gotten a pig myself from Ft Hunter Ligett, but I dont consider that public land.

You get checked everywhere and have to pay to be there. (thats not a bad thing)

its gonna run about 1000$ with all things considered to get a good guided pig hunt.

I took a pig up near Paso Robles, right near Hunter Liggett, guided hunt, 500 per person, we each got a pig. Get a guide, I read a lot of frustration about self guided starter hunts.
