So I am joining some of the awesome calgunners at the end of the month to hunt old bugsy. I plan on using my M6 scout. I can consistently hit a 1" to 3" circle size target at 15 to 20 yards with iron sights. And I can also fall back on the .410 if needed. Do you guys think that would be enough or should I take my scoped .22 marlin?

That will work fine, you will however be offered some longer shot's where you will need or wish you had your scoped rifle....Take both

I really don't like the sights on my M6. But, I'd take it out for a few hours and see if I could make meat with it. Then, I'd end up going back to the truck and grabbing one of my beater Winchester '06s with irons. With decent irons, I don't need no stinking optics for rabbits at <100 yards.
