Hey guys,
We want to build a part of our website dedicated to research/information of gun safes. Since we don't sell them we can put unbiased information. What would you guys like to see that you haven't already? What would help you in researching safes? Any ideas or suggestions would be good. Thanks a lot.

Something of interest on top of most that doesn't get written often is true thickness of steel all around - not just the door, and type of steel used. Also the locks mechanism they are using, brand and part number from lock manufacturer.

Those are great ideas. So essentially no 10 gauge this or 1" composite door that. you want specifics. Ex. Cannon patriot 24 has a 1" composite door that consists of a 1/10" front plate, and a 1/10" back plate that doesnt run the full length of the door. Then have picture example.

I'd like to see capacity listed for both scoped and unscoped rifles. Most of the time, the capacity listed isn't really a good reflection of what the actual capacity is.
