I found mine at a gun show. Overpaid a little but it's worth it since I couldn't find one anywhere except signed ones on amazon for $200+.

The author or publisher must be on drugs; they could print 5,000 copies of that and sell them in 6 months without trying.....or do 10K at a lower price and move those in the same time frame. I don't know what's wrong with people that have a ready market and don't do a damn thing to sell to that market. Kind of reminds me of the entire gun industry.
