I recently acquired a BSA .270 rifle. It's a good looking firearm. I need to replace the recoil pad, but it came with a nice Leupold VX-2 3x9x40 scope. It seems to be in good condition, with the usual wear from being a hunting gun. I've read a little about the BSA online and understand that it's a quality British rifle made in the same plant as Parker & Hale.

Does anyone have any experience with the BSA?

Thanks

Yes. I have a BSA that shoots excellent for a 95 year old rifle. It was made in 1917.

But you're probably not asking about an SMLE.
