on my AR15 i have
bullet button
pistol grip
collapsible stock
forward grip
10 rd mags


now ive been told by a few people that because it has the forward grip or the collapsible stock its illegal??? ive gone over the flow charts so dont refer me to them please, but im all good right?????

Take that bullet button off and it changes my answer, but right now, you're legal.

make sure never to put a mag in there >10 rounds in your BB rifle

otherwise keep it over 30" and have at it

i believe legal for hunting white tail, but some say unethical

as long as the overall length of the rifle with the stock fully collapsed is still 30 inches and you only run ten round mags, your are completely legal as long as your bullet button stays put. as far as deer, with a small caliber like that, it is possible and legal, however shot placement must be pretty precise to ensure a clean kill. have fun!
