I'm going tomorrow (Sunday). Anything to report? Ammo availability or prices (223/5.56/308)? Lowers, Uppers, yadda yadda? :)

With small exception unless you want a brand x upper made from god knows what by god knows who, I would look elsewhere.

How about shotgun ammo? I'm running low on my last case of Ranger 00.

There are at least three major vendors selling shot gun ammo. You should be in good shape.

This show was much busier than I remember in the past. Miwall was packed as usual but they seem to have brought a crap load of ammo to meet the demand. It was nice to see that when I was leaving at noon, they still had plenty .223 (new and reloads). I do not have any priced as I was just picking up .22 ammo.

Lots of uppers that span a wide range of companies however most uppers were non branded but the popular brands could be easily found.

One guy had Deuck Defense in factory looking packages of 45 degree off set sights for 100.00 which usually sells for 239.00. I passed on them because the clicks where not positive and he had just too many airsoft knockoffs on the table. The huge ammo seller had Wolf 7.62x39 (500) for $106.00 (1000) for 200.00. Not huge turn out, but the women working there and walking around was worth the 11.00 admission.

I'm looking for fake Magpul items that the seller is trying to pass as authentic. Should I go to the show?

(Yes I'm being sarcastic.)

Damn I want some x39

Good selection of beef jerky

Lots of AR uppers for sale, including 7.62X39 types. Lots of mag repair kits too. On the other hand, this is the first gun show I've ever been to with a table selling pillows and bed sheets.

I liked it, wasnt as busy. Seemed like alot more gun/ammo vendors. Glock table was cool. Lots of ammo peeps and jerky. Best cow palace show in years I felt.

I got 500 rounds of .45 ACP reloads from Miwall for $150 OTD. Lots of AR uppers and accessories. About a dozen pre WWII Colt 1911s not cheap but nice wish I had the $$.
Various other pistols and long guns and military C&Rs.

I was in and out this time. Just went to load up on some 9mm reloads from LAX... they were $85 for 500 rds. / $170 for 1000 rds and got some .223 reloads from minwall.

This time it seemed not as busy as the last one...

Tons of mags and plenty of ammo. Got three 10/30 metal 7.62 metal mags with inserts from Solar Tactical. Also got 1,000 rounds of 62 grain Wolf .223 for $200.

Great show with plenty of vendors, including folks like Miwal from up north and Ammo Bros, LAX, and Glockstore from down south.

IIRC, Miwal had factory Win 12G on special and they had reload stuff galore. I was actually able to pick up some SG primers from them this time.

It wasn’t as crowded as I the last CP show, but just as many vendors. I spent 3 hours in there and could have stayed longer.

anyone notice the powder and primer availability?

The fellow on the far left who usually sells powder, primers & bullets doesn't have powder. The only powder I saw was a fellow about in the middle - $26.00 for a pound.

I was told PMC ammo is expensive compared to what's available online.

Got 500 of Fed XM193 from a private seller for 150.00 :)

I saw plenty of Rem and Win primers yesterday. Not so much powder.

And come to think of it, I barely saw any reloading components.
