hello all!, i got a glock 26 that needs tfo sights installed

where in the bay area can this be done id like someone that alot of ppl give good reviews on, id rather not do myself because im not good at lining things up, how do they test the guns sights are correct when they install? or they just line it up and you go on your way? this it the only thing im concerned with, is a mis aligned sight

Sights are easy to install for Glocks. All you need is a sight pushing tool ($60) and a 3/16" nut driver and some blue loctite ($8). A gunsmith might charge $50-75 anyways. If you install multiple sets of sights it pays for itself. The easiest and best way to line up the sights is simply with a measuring tape or stick and a good eyeball. I've done many sets this way and they all shoot extremely straight. If you don't want to bother with the tools or gunsmith I might be persuaded to install some sights for a box of .45acp.

Valkyrie Arms in Milpitas did a Kimber Stainless II and a Sig P226 for 35 each, for a total of 70 out the door. They both are done well and I was very happy. They were slow when I went, so they did it while I waited (nearly 1.5 hours), but normally they say about 3-5 days.

go to Kerley's in Cupertino. The owner is an excellent gunsmith, and a job like this he'd probably do right on the spot.

Check with Triple A's in Vallejo and see if they can do it or maybe they can recommend someone.

You might also check with Independance Armory in Petaluma. They provide gunsmithing services.

I think most shops will have the tools for the Glock.
