Looking for a new long range scope. To date it's been all moa scopes. I found a good price on a mil mark scope and was wondering if one was better than the other. Advantages/disadvantages.

What scope are you looking at? Wont matter if its in MOA or MILs if its junk! They are just two different forms of measurement. The thing to look for is to have the Reticle and the knobs match. Mil base reticle with Mil knobs and same with MOA. Again one is not going to make you shoot better over the other. Its all about personal preference.

I find the math easier on MOA. Personal preference.

The advantage for mil is that when you are ranging, it is easier to break things up into tenths spatially than 1/4ths

Whatever choice you make, as SAP said above, you want to always have matching knobs/reticle. Do NOT buy a scope like an older leupold with moa knobs and mil reticle.
