View Full Version : CA DOJ's "Important Notice" about AR & AK series OLL's

I am relatively new to the site, but I have put in my time looking for anything addressing the undated DOJ document that my thread title refers to. Since I have not been able to find any directly related discussion on this memo, I am going to put my hand out and hope somebody can make me feel all warm a fuzy, by just reasuring me that the DOJ's "Important Notice about sales & possessind of OLL's for AR & AK series firearms", is just a scare tactic to turn our new found black-rifle paradise on it's ear while they try to figure out how in the hell to screwwwwww us out of our "leagally" but no doubt unintended ability to have these rifle right now in CA. Please if you reply lets try to stay on the topic of the specific document I am talking about. I don't need to be told or directed too all the stuff that is readily available here that explains the "legal" status of our black-rifles. I just want to know what the great minds on here think about the topics discussed in the "Important notice" ( http://caag.state.ca.us/firearms/index.html )

You r exactly right. Now, we want that notice "removed"!
(PS. your thread is best suited for the 2nd Amen. forum)

Since I have not been able to find any directly related discussion on this memo,
Go into the 2nd Amendment and Politics forum, do a search for "DOJ Memo"... it's been dissected and discussed to death, and in great detail.
That memo is over a year old, so a quick visual search wouldn't find anything.

WELCOME TO LAST YEAR! :p
Oh wait, it's been like 2 years since I have been on this OLL bandwagon. seriously, it's all just BS from day one. I've got the OLL letters from ALL. MERR. to prove it.
