First in the lineup is a Ruger SR556 rifle:

http://i682.photobucket.com/albums/vv183/IBJanky/guns/IMG_4699.jpg

Comes in a nice soft rifle case:

http://i682.photobucket.com/albums/vv183/IBJanky/guns/IMG_4700.jpg

Here's the rifle itself:

http://i682.photobucket.com/albums/vv183/IBJanky/guns/IMG_4701.jpg

Came with (3) PMags:

http://i682.photobucket.com/albums/vv183/IBJanky/guns/IMG_4704.jpg

Also comes standard with Troy flip up iron sights, rail, and rail cover:

http://i682.photobucket.com/albums/vv183/IBJanky/guns/IMG_4705.jpg

Pretty nice package, and I really can't wait to shoot it.

Next is a Springfield Armory Trophy Match 1911:

http://i682.photobucket.com/albums/vv183/IBJanky/guns/IMG_4672.jpg

I've always wanted one of these, and finally scratched the itch and bought one.

Next is a Ruger 10/22 Takedown rifle:

http://i682.photobucket.com/albums/vv183/IBJanky/guns/IMG_4652.jpg

Came in a nice soft case where you can store the rifle when it's broken down:

http://i682.photobucket.com/albums/vv183/IBJanky/guns/IMG_4653.jpg

The rifle itself when it's broken down:

http://i682.photobucket.com/albums/vv183/IBJanky/guns/IMG_4654.jpg

Here it is when it's put together:

http://i682.photobucket.com/albums/vv183/IBJanky/guns/IMG_4655.jpg

http://i682.photobucket.com/albums/vv183/IBJanky/guns/IMG_4656.jpg

Should be a nice little, inexpensive plinker

Adjustable rear sight with fiber optic front sight:

Lightening cut on top of slide:

Came with (3) 19-rd magazines:

Next is a Kel Tec SU-16CA rifle:

http://i682.photobucket.com/albums/vv183/IBJanky/guns/IMG_4673.jpg

Here it is folded up:

http://i682.photobucket.com/albums/vv183/IBJanky/guns/IMG_4674.jpg

It's small enough to fit into a backpack when folded up:

http://i682.photobucket.com/albums/vv183/IBJanky/guns/IMG_4675.jpg

Unfolded:

http://i682.photobucket.com/albums/vv183/IBJanky/guns/IMG_4676.jpg

It has (2) spare 10-rd magazines that store in the buttstock and uses standard AR magazines:

http://i682.photobucket.com/albums/vv183/IBJanky/guns/IMG_4677.jpg

The front stock can also split open and be used as a bipod:

Next is a Ruger SR1911 pistol:

http://i682.photobucket.com/albums/vv183/IBJanky/guns/IMG_4679.jpg

http://i682.photobucket.com/albums/vv183/IBJanky/guns/IMG_4681.jpg

http://i682.photobucket.com/albums/vv183/IBJanky/guns/IMG_4685.jpg

I love stainless 1911s, and I've heard nothing but good things about this particular model, so I decided to try it out.

IBJanky
05-26-2012, 4:02 PM
Also got a couple of small things.

Glock knife:

http://i682.photobucket.com/albums/vv183/IBJanky/guns/IMG_4686.jpg

http://i682.photobucket.com/albums/vv183/IBJanky/guns/IMG_4687.jpg

http://i682.photobucket.com/albums/vv183/IBJanky/guns/IMG_4688.jpg

I have no idea when the hell I'd ever use this knife, but I had a gift card so I said what the hell.

IBJanky
05-26-2012, 4:02 PM
Also got a Bianchi IWB holster for my Ruger LCP pocket pistol:

http://i682.photobucket.com/albums/vv183/IBJanky/guns/IMG_4689.jpg

http://i682.photobucket.com/albums/vv183/IBJanky/guns/IMG_4691.jpg

Fits like a glove:

I've been reloading .45ACP for years and want to start reloading 9mm too.
So I bought the conversion kit for my Dillon XL650 and a few other things.

My new reloading equipment also came in:

http://i682.photobucket.com/albums/vv183/IBJanky/guns/IMG_4634.jpg

Also got some lead bullets that arrived in the mail:

1000 bullets each of .45ACP 230gr LRN and 9mm 115gr LRN

My gf knew that I've been wanting this watch for the past couple of months, so I was really happy to get one as a gift. I'm really digging it so far. I'm going to wear it tonight, my gf planned a birthday dinner for us and she wants to keep the restaurant a surprise.

Holy Crap! :punk:

That's awesome! That's more like Christmas on Steroids than a birthday :43:

But I think we need to see some more pictures of that bench/man cave too. Looks pretty nice from what little I can see of it in the backgroun.

More pics please!

So the Kel Tec uses a pin to hold the stock in the fixed position.

It's inserted into a hole here:

http://i682.photobucket.com/albums/vv183/IBJanky/guns/IMG_4710.jpg

The only thing I didn't like about it was that in order to take it out and fold the rifle back up, you'd need a tool or a pen of some sort to push the pin back out.

So I measured the factory pin and went to a local Home Depot and picked up a small hitch pin with the same diameter for $3

http://i682.photobucket.com/albums/vv183/IBJanky/guns/IMG_4709.jpg

Fits the perfectly and now I can fold/unfold the rifle with a pull of the pin :)

I actually keep the stupid boxes. I'm not even sure why. I'm glad I kept my SKS box, but the other boxes are too run of the mill, I might just toss them. Mossberg box? Who cares?

I like the 10/22 takedown and the Keltec! Well, who am I kidding, it's all nice stuff.

I keep mine in the Attic, and I'd keep the boxes if I was you. They make the guns worth more when/if you ever want to sell them.

Nice garage set up BTW, your garage is how I would like mine if I didn't have so many vehicles. :(. But for now the reloading is done in the living room. :D

Than Ruger 1911 looks really good, wish we had more SSE options up here.

Great use of space in the garage, I have been debating going peg board wall like you or a large tool box.

Happy B-Day! Wow… That is a haul of awesome b-day goods, congratulations. That SR556 is astounding rifle and the handguns are just gorgeous. My b-day is in two weeks so I just jailed a Sig 522lr and I am going to get an inexpensive Simmons scope for it so I am ready to go plinking on my b-day. Anyway enjoy your b-day and have fun playing with all your new toys ;) I know I would :)

You have set the bar super high. Holly crap, I better start picking up some extra shifts to try to compete for my birthday several months away.

I was thinking about a toolbox, but that would take up some considerable floor space.

I actually like the wall setup now. It keeps everything in sight and within arms reach.

I guess I'm tossing them in the recycling bin tonight :p
