Hey there,
Just looking for a little help and advice on where to get bulk (500 count and up) 230 gr. .45 bullets in the Sacramento, Roseville or Auburn area for reloading. Everywhere I have been lately has been out. Anyone know of a place that has any in stock?

Givin' up the source huh Pete :p
All sorts of places, what are you looking for? Lead, Moly, plated, jacketed?
I shoot mostly 200gr in .45 so if you want a few to try out, send me a PM. Most of the manufacturers will either send you a small sample or have "trial" packs available.

I dont really know what I want yet. I have only reloaded once and my buddy helped me out. I believe I used 230 grain jacketed.

Check out Cabela's or Midway. I buy .45 Ranier & Lasercast in 500pc boxes @ great prices! (230g)

How do you like the lasercasts? I was thinking of picking up a box of 500 to try out. Do they lead up the barrel much?

I like laser cast but try sportsmans wharehouse. They usually carry alot of lasercast & extreme lead in the .45 other than that I believe they will order too. or just try to goto montanagold . I use their 124gr jhp in both 9mm and .38 super and have no complaints
