I have one AK platform rifle and would love to get my hands on another. After agonizing on where to drop my hard earned money, I ran across this:

I am surprised to see very little information on these rifles either on the manufacturer site or from real world reviews. Does anyone have one of these? From what I can make out, these really seem to be the top shelf as to the AK pattern rifle. What do you guys think?

I have always thought the VEPRs are really nice rifles. They are a bit too "civilian" looking for my taste but they are great rifles. If you like the looks, you will love the gun.

My thinking was that this would be a really nice assault rifle in a hunting rifle's clothing. Kind of like a M1A with a lighter round or a Mini 14 with a more potent round. I like the idea of using my AK mags and shooting cheap ammo. Plus, these are beautiful rifles aesthetically, IMO.

So, who has handled one or at least has a link to some info on them?
