Now, with that equipment in the background....have him whip up some H110 loads and go have some FUN :D

He will love it, make sure you squeeze some off too.

He said he's got something like 500 of different loads built up to test out. I am jealous I dont get to send lead down range tell Sept.

Looks good. I would have gone with a different stock. Hows the balance?

That's a LOT of buttstock for a short-range thumper of a round. Why not go with something smaller, simpler, and lighter?

I just realized why that gun and garage looked so familiar. You dad's a great guy.

Very nice! I am patiently waiting for my 458 SOCOM upper to get delivered from Wilson Combat. I'll be using the same stock as you have mainly because I'll be sharing the lower with my other rifle. :43:

aren't the brass, a "little" long, to feed in the soccom, or a lever action?

i am envious, i have a 45-70 marlin, and this would be a perfect match for reloading

You can't use pointed bullets in a lever gun safely.

I doubt the twist rate on his barrel is tight enough to stabilize those bullets anyways.

Do they have any solid silver bullets? Everyone knows after the zombies come the werewolves.

I've got to get off my butt and get my .458 together. It needs the carrier notched for the ASA side charger upper, the Sampson rail machined to fit and the buffer tube worked over a little bit.

Maybe next week.

On the other hand, I've got a long distance AR that I haven't range tested yet so who knows how long before I would get to shoot it.
