it depends on what you like more, but i would choose either the Rem 1100 or the saiga.

Since you asked. You already have an excellent HD and SHTF weapon so forget the semi-auto and buy ammo and lot's of it.

Semi-auto selection:
1. 930SPX...I am bias towards the Mossbergs :-)
3. Most any Benelli M-1,2 and 4 (gas gun)
4. Remington 1187
I totally understand having a perfectly good HD pump gun and the need for a semi-auto.
There is something strangely satisfiing about having 3 or 4 hulls in the air at the same time. :36:
and the last popper is hit before the first one hits the ground. Ah, gas operated shotguns I love them, I really do.

I'll post, for what it is worth, that my Mossberg 930 hasn't failed me yet and it's got 2000 shells down the pipe. Only thing I had a problem was that I reversed a plastic forearm retainer piece and it broke. I called Mossberg, told them I effed up and how much was a new piece and they sent me 3 extras for free. If price is no object, there are better shotguns out there. But for the price, I find my little ole American made Mossberg to be a good value for the money.

Oh, and even though I screwed up and put in that piece backwards, the shotgun functioned flawlessly for 200 shells. I only found out that it was a problem when I removed the forearm for cleaning and there were little bits of plastic that came out.
