Rainier Ultra match or Select, Fulton Armory, and even DPMS for DPMS pattern, which means you will need a DPMS pattern bcg. It depends on your budget, bbl length and what you are planning on using it for.

It helped me a lot.

If money is not an option.
I and a lot of other guys decided on the DPMS SASS (http://www.midwayusa.com/product/660397/dpms-sass-barrel-lr-308-308-winchester-bull-contour-1-in-10-twist-18-fluted-stainless-steel-black-teflon-pre-ban) for our builds.
OutKast, and I have been down this road before. PM me if you have another other questions, or need any help. Ask around and don't be shy.

Not mentioned yet but JP barrles are well regarded.
Krieger and Bartlein. Both with 5R rifling.

Fulton barrels are fantastic, and at $300 are a bargain. At 100 yards mine will shoot sub 1" groups with SMK175's and puts hits on an 18"x20" piece of steel at 1000 yards all day long.
This is a 10 round group at 100 yards with the fulton 22", 1/12 twist barrel, shooting 175gr SMK's on a 2" target.

I've seen some amazing groups out of JP. Krieger is legendary, but I believe there is a long wait for those.
Noveske works well for me.
(Handloads. 10 shots @ 100 yards. The one flyer is my fault)
