I am converting my Sig 556 from the Swiss folder to a mil spec Magpul. What I need to know is besides the adapter and the stock, what other parts do I need to complete the job. I have been an AK guy up to this point so I'm really new to the AR world. Thanks in advance for any info.

I THINK you may need a different LOWER rcvr--I had an older 556 that
would take an AR stock and had to SWAP that lower out to get a Swiss
stock. Unfortunately I sold my lower which you could have used. Pete

go to riflestocks.com, they have adapters for the 556. there's also a video on YouTube of a guy doing a conversion.

I think you guys are misunderstanding my question. I just need to know what parts I need to install a stock (just like an AR) on my Sig after I install the adapter. butt stock, tube, etc...
