Stag and DS Arms also make excellent BCG parts.

get a FA one, Mp/Hp tested. After that they are all the same more or less so just get what is available/affordable. unless you get into the fancy coated ones or chrome carriers...

Colt, Bravo Company Manufacturing (BCM), Lewis Machine & Tool (LMT), and Daniel Defense (DD) make the best bolt carrier groups. If you're looking for quality, make sure your bolt is magnetic particle inspected (MPI), and "full auto" or "M16" bolt carriers are generally the best. (They are heavier and more reliable.)

KAC has their own proprietary bolt design. Fail Zero has a coated carrier that's pretty slick, too.

google;
ar15 gas key staking
ar15 bolt
ar15 extractors
ar15 bolt gas rings
ar15 firing pins
....
KAC or BCM. Both awesome, and both are MPI.
Any Should be just fine.
But if you are looking for one that has been MP/HPI tested the spikes tactical BCG is the cheapest I have ever come across. $114 shipped when it's in stock.

I bought the BCM Bolt Carrier Group (MPI) - Auto (http://www.bravocompanyusa.com/BCM-Bolt-Carrier-Group-MPI-Auto-M16-p/bcm%20bolt%20carrier%20group%20auto%20mp.htm).
It cycles real smooth with a Spikes T2 heavy buffer (http://www.joeboboutfitters.com/Spikes_Tactical_T2_Heavy_Buffer_p/sp-sla00t2.htm).
Here's the Spike's M16 BCG (http://www.joeboboutfitters.com/Spike_s_Tactical_M16_BCG_p/sp-st5bg01.htm) for a good price.

Spike's tactical nickle boron. It's very expensive, but it's really awesome.. I love mine. HP/MP too.

BCM. You will not go wrong with Bravo company manufacturing. Just absolutely the highest of quality.

Young Manufacturing also makes some really nice specialty bolt groups depending on what you are looking for:
http://www.youngmanufacturing.net/store.php?Bolt_Carriers-pg1-cid38.html
Some will try to steer you away from chrome carriers as there is a belief that they wear out the inside of the upper faster. Others say the chrome creates less wear. Either way, the Young quality is excellent.
