Well, at least im not the only one who figured out early on that the Zimmerman/Martin case has absolutely zero to do with the stand your ground law. Like Lott said, whichever side of the event is true, the stand your ground law wouldnt not come in to play anyway.

Lott hit the nail on the head. Its the gun control lobby latching on to whatever they can to go after the law. I think Zimmerman is gonna pay dearly for getting caught up in the middle of these nasty politics because everything I have seen so far says he should not be getting the screwing he is getting.

I hope all those torch and pitchfork folks, on this forum and at large, never end up in Zimmerman's shoes, but if they do, I hope they are afforded the same attention that Zimmerman is getting now.
