SIG 556 is a CA compliant off list rifle with fixed 10rd magazine. These are Swiss made 1 in 7 twist barrel so be aware of the ammunition you use with these rifles! 1x7 barrels generally work better with heavier rounds (62-75 gr).

DROS & Tax are not included.

Will ship to your FFL dealer for $25 UPS Ground.

Add 3% for Visa/MC/Discover credit/debit cards.

 If you wonder why this rifle is priced over MSRP, try getting Sig to send one to CA. We had to go thru 2 other dealers to find these for you ! Pay shipping 2 times - once for Sig dealer to another dealer, then to us and to pay someone to install a mag lock and 10rd mag fixed! So don't complain about the prices - it's called supply and demand - California style. Look on GunBroker - these go for $1600 - $2500 nationwide because you can't find these rare.

I gotta say, Metro Gun is one of the best gun shops I have been too in all of So Cal. I drove through the worst of LA traffic on tuesday from OC to San Fernando, to go check out those Sig. Worth my time sitting in traffic to go check that place out. Metro Gun has FAIR prices, and Pat will never do you dirty. I live in OC, but I have recommended all my friends take the drive and check it out. His storefront might not be impressive, but Metro Shop just has about everything you need.

Bought those Sig 556's and put some AR lowers on order.

Great Service! Worth my time and I HIGHLY recommend Metro Shop for all your firearms purchases. His transfer fee's are the best I've seen in a looooong while. While your FFL is looking to charge you $50-$60 or higher (cough cough...turners....cough cough) Metro Shop's DROs fee's will impress you.

Guys, don't believe me, but believe this, I took off from work at 4:30PM from Irvine, sat through 3 hours of the WORST LA traffic on the 5 freeway to drive to San Fernando. When I got there, I was impressed and left an EXTREMELY satisfied customer.

SHOP with CONFIDENCE @ Metro Shop Firearms. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable! I highly recommend doing business with them.

Metro, the SIG 556's are AWESOME. Thanks guys and keep up the good work!.

What makes the Sig 556 legal in CA? Is the pistol grip removed? No flash hider? Does this rifle have a DOJ letter available?

Just wondering....I'm sure it's legal, just want to know under what condtions.

Off list, fixed 10 round magazine. As the seller stated "This is a CA compliant off list rifle with fixed 10rd magazine."

Is this a fixed build in the sense that it loads like a Cali-AR or does it load from the bolt like a Cali-AK?

I can afford it and the gun I've always wanted too! I am guess its in fixed mag setup too so theres no use for the preban mags I have access to. Rid of the evil flash hider and six position stock then I am in. It'd be nice to have U-15 type stock or a MM grip for it. :(

I got to drool over one when Pat got them in, these are P50 and C-Products 10/30 equipped. They break open and topload much like an AR.

Is the one in pristine condition still available? I am interested. PM sent

Thank you,
