Can I just take cash and hand a Mosin over to a buyer or do I have to go through an FFL?

Because they hold an FFL 01. If you had a C&R and a COE, you could skip the ten day wait on C&R long guns from FFL 01s.

C&R license holders, and private parties can transfer C&R long guns cash and carry.

Only cash and cary if it is a private transfer or if you yourself have a ffl, otherwise it must be drosd like anything else
