Get them while you can. These are Spike's Tactical ST-15 Lower Receivers with the Calguns logo laser engraved (http://www.tenpercentfirearms.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=9&products_id=296) onto the right side of the receiver. I only have 10 of these in stock, so get them while you can. If these sell well, then I will order some more.

The price is $170 each shipped. That includes tax and shipping. You can also DROS them out of my shop for $170 as well (just pay another $25 for DROS which makes your total $195).

The Centermass Tactical stamped Calguns lowers (http://www.calguns.net/calgunforum/showthread.php?t=54853) are still in the works and should be available in a few weeks.

Let us know if you have any questions. guns@tenpercentfirearms.com

These are just as real as the other ones. However, these are only laser engraved, which means that the logo could rub off over time. The other ones have physical grooves in the material instead.

Whats the deal with the G on "Gun" being a tad bit lower that the rest of the writing?

Looks like both the "G" and the "M" (first and last letters) are slightly enlarged, just as it is on the circular logo found on the homepage.

Wes - very nice! I'm sure you'll sell them quickly. Wish I had the spare change to buy one myself.

sorry, not to imply that the spike's are not real. But these are logo'd, the others are being specifically manufactured with the serial numbers and branded as 'calguns', and that to me is 'more real'.

Thanks for pointing to the fact that the centermass are still on their way.

The only improvement I can see the lower needs is to have the 3rd option (fake of course) on the selector saying "Auto." That would too wicked!

As I recall the last time someone did that as a 'joke' the lowers were confiscated and the FFL had some big problems to straighten out.
All in all, the humor is not worth the hassle.

The funny thing would be to put "Huh?" in the third position.

Since there is now an official fund for Matt I want to call your attention to this.

Wes at 10% Firearms has added this to his site on the limit of ten lowers laser engraved lowers with the Calguns lowers.
UPDATE! The owner of Calguns is requesting that the $10 contribution to Calguns be instead earmarked for Matthew "Blackwater Ops" Corwin's defense. Ten Percent Firearms is going to honor this request and also earmark $40 additional dollars of the $170 price towards Matt's defense. That means for every one of these Spike's Tactical Calguns lowers sold, $50 total will be earmarked for defending one of our own.

Wes and I both suggested the diversion of funds to each other and agreed that this would be a fitting tribute and use of funds.

Another lower in law abiding hands and money for Matt's defence, kind of a double score!

Whats the deal with the G on "Gun" being a tad bit lower that the rest of the writing?

It's an optical illusion. If you look at just the black letter forms in "GUN FORUM", all the letters sit on the same base line and all the letters have the same cap height(ie, all the letters are the same size and correctly lined up.) The reason the "G" and the "M" look lower is because of the thick white outlline which then disappears into the white of the big circle. Your eye reads the white outline as the outer edge of the letter when outside the circle, then reads the black letters as the outer edge when inside the circle.

IMHO, I think the logo is too busy. The typography and design need to be finessed a bit. I'm gonna see if I can remedy that situation.

if you look closely, the lettering is the same size.. the white shadowing on the u's is curved on the botom and mostly obscured by the other graphics.. looks like the same size, font and baseline
