Personalsecurityzone.com took care of me really well. They're out of Nevada and shipped directly to my FFL of choice.

Got my ACR and SCAR 17s through them, they did all the Cali mods for me as well.

Grabagun is a great place and they usually have low prices. They ship from Texas so it's usually pretty fast. My FFL works from his resident so I save money there as well. Most gun stores charge a ridiculous fee + . Last place I went to wanted 75 dollars???

Bud's Gunshop.

Bought two from them so far.

Buds is awesome. I bought my Officer model RIA 1911 from them. Even after the FFL transfer cost it was still cheaper OTD than any LGS by $45

Hinterland Outfitters WAS my best kept secret with below average pricing . but I think the rouse is up because their prices have gone up uP UP in the last 2 weeks or so... bought one hard to get gun on there $300 below msrp...Now that same gun is up $300

They use multiple distributors so the price varies with each new stock... not to mention the fact that gun sales and prices are up everywhere.

I've bought several guns and many accessories from hinterland - they have great selection and their site inventory is accurate + some of the best customer service anywhere! Bret has helped me out several times, including installing mag lock on an AK variant (when most out of state dealers didn't know what one was).

I agree that their prices aren't the lowest around - but they are still competative and with the accurate site inventory and much better than average customer service, they are worth considering.

Bought a an beretta M9 recently via Jet Guns into my local FFL. It came fast with no hangups and even with CA FFL fees/ taxes, still came out to $200 less than what local gun shops wanted for a new one.

The tough part is finding an FFL near you that wont rape you on taxes, transfer fees, etc...

^ if you live in the IE area, K&D gun shop in San Bernardino on Highland Ave. does transfers for only 25$. Kevin is a cool guy, and great gunsmith as well. The wife and I have done 2 transfers with him, and it was an easy process. We bought the guns from Bud's gunshop as well<< generally seem to have the best prices. K&D gunshop's # is 909 475-8888.

Crappy thing about buying guns online now is that our wonderful state now charges sales tax on guns purchased online. The "resourceful" buyer can find ways around this.
