Don't police use the spaghetti on the wall approach when charging? If so, then charging for the MAK would be par for the course, no? Then it's for one of the 58 DAs to figure out.

BTW- this all factors into CGF's Richards lawsuits.

Yep. There is no law banning possession of those mags. So unless the person with the mags says the wrong things, like admitting to manufacturing or importing the mags after 2000, they can't be charged.

I'm sure he really appreciates you posting this on a public forum. An attorney would never be able to find this post and use it as evidence.
