Has anyone used the tapco collapsible stock and pistol grip that doesnt require moving the trigger? Was it an improvement?

That thing is FUGLY.....convert it or leave it stock. My 0.02¢

If you're gonna put a pistol grip on it you're gonna have to make it 922r compliant. IMO you might as well do the full rear end conversion while you're at it. If for no other reason then just to improve the trigger pull. It's really quite easy.

It might handle better, but you would need a bullet button, which is most definitely not an improvement.
Can't speak for the Tapco but I threw one of the skeleton stocks on my 12 and it handles nicely. No problem reaching the trigger.

You're better off doing a conversion.

I just bought and installed the $90 kit with the round trigger guard. the bolt hold open was a pain in the rear but its all together now. still waiting on some parts to finish it up.
the tapco trigger is Crazy light. if you do the conversion you will notice how far superior the tapco trigger is to the factory trigger.
