I've googled this and haven't been able to fine a good answer.

I've got a UBR stock and would like to use the MS3 sling with it, but it doesn't appear to be compatible. Am I missing something?

Probably not compatible because Magpul doesn't want to be held liable when you let go of your gun and your neck snaps under the weight of that stock:p

You need the above item to connect to your quick-disconnect on the stock. Or wait until MP comes out with their QD version below:

Good looking rig. What are the specs on that?

BCM standard 14.5" with battlecomp 1.5" permanent install
The BCM bolt carrier group
Medium gunfighter charging handle
Spikes tactical lower with a Timney single stage trigger
UBR stock
Magpul MIAD grips and AFG.
Aimpoint T-1 with the LPR mount
And magpul mbus backup iron sights.

I think that's everything.

Oh and the UBR is heavy but I like how solid it is compaired to my old CTR. Plus where else am I going to put my tactical treats?

How do you like the balance with the UBR and the 14.5" does it feel *** heavy?

It is a little heavy in the back. I just switched from an 18" H-bar. I really like the quality of the UBR but may end up with another CTR. Only time will tell.

How well did it balance with the heavy barrel?

It felt great with the H-bar. I especially liked the cheek weld and the ability to have a preset length adjustment.

So I went back to a CTR and swapped out my parts to green. I put my UBR on my new 458 Socom build. Pics to follow.
