Or is it just the Reseda store? I went to pick up my 10/22 takedown rifle, and the Reseda store was closed. I guess, it'll be an 18-day wait for me now, since I'll only be able to go there again next Sunday.

It's not the end of the world, of course, but it would be nice to've warned people about this, either at the time of purchase (since my 10 days was up today), or on your website. There were two other guys staring at the closed doors when I got there.

I knew I should've have stopped paying attention to their ads (in order to be fiscally conservative)! I knew it! That's it, I'll be browsing their ads religiously from now on :p

I had a 10-day up as of today also, and they warned me at the time of DROS that they're closed. I'd rather go there on a Monday rather than a Sunday anyway, but now I am anticipating a huge crowd of people there tomorrow.

Mondays are typically busier with out of towners doing their pickups. Best days are Tuesdays and Thursdays.

I get the complaints with Turners.

But when it has to do with the lack of effort on the customers part ie saying you read the website when clearly you didn't as it says they are closed for Easter on it.

Or you could use common sense and realize that if every other gun store is closed on Easter maybe, just maybe, Turners would be closed too.

I am not sure about realizing that every other gun store was closed on Easter, since how am I supposed to know that they all are?

However, I always say that everyone should call ahead and make sure things are good to go before traveling to complete any gun transaction. Assuming that stores will be open on a holiday is a bit risky.
