So first time shooting and first time shooting my FNP9 9mm. All factory loads
60 Sellior & Bellot 115 gr FMJ
50 Federal Champion 115 gr FMJ (Wally World Value Pack)
50 Blazer Brass 115 gr FMJ
8" Caldwell Bullseye targets on sale from Midway USA.

I first shot 2 mags without my reading glasses on and found that the sights were a little blurry. So I put on my glasses and things improved. Indoor range I tried 10, 15, 20 25 yds.

The first target is the 3rd magazine of S&B ammo with my reading glasses on @ 10 yds
The second is the also SB ammo first 2 mags without reading glasses @ 10 yds.
The 3 rd is 10 rds Federal & 10 rds S&B @ 25yds (with glasses)

I did get a dead nuts bullseye on a 25 yd target. I was pretty happy with that. Out of 160 rds only 7 were out of the black on the targets, no target misses at all.

I feel like this isn't bad for first time ever shooting.

That's great shooting; especially for a first timer!

Now learn to feed the addiction. :D

Better than me when i first started, that's for sure. Quite impressive for your first time shooting if you ask me. Keep shooting!

Congrats on the new pistol!

I like it so far. I start dros on a Sig sp2022 this weekend then I will have something to compare to. It felt good seems to have accurate sights so its matter of me improving.

What made you want to get the Sig? The SP2022 and the FNP9 are very similar pistols in most aspects.

Price mostly. I figure if I decide I like one better over the other and want to get a different style gun I can always sell one of them without really getting hurt. I want to try some different guns and see what my hand likes. Ultimately I want one at my shop and one at my house for HD.

I cant see the attachments (all black, I guess it's my computer since others apparently can see it)...

question though - are these "yards" (as indicated) and not "feet"?... most indoor ranges only go to 25 yards (which of course is 75') - which means your target was to the back wall... if you were able to get decent groups on an 8" target at 75' off hand, that's damn good! And bull at 75' is remarkable!
