Hello everyone. I have a saiga 223 and have a question about the bullet guide.

I don't have a bullet guide in my rifle right now. I have a bunch of surefires, broken bullet guide promags, and a steel galil mag. Right now I am using surefires but I want to use the other mags as well. If I install a dinzag bullet guide will I be able to still run the surefires if I grind the plastic guide off? Will it feed all three of my mags? (surefires, promags and galil).

Thanks guys!

Here's the Dinzag info .223 bullet guide mag options. The configuration that includes the bullet guide would be the "hybrid configuration".

I believe that once you install the guide, all standard .223 AK mags should fit. Any saiga mags you have already will require a little bit of filing done to the front to fit with the guide.

Thanks Wulf.

Does anyone here run the mags listed above in their Saiga 223s with a bullet guide? Also, does anyone here use steel galils? Opinions?

If they are over 10 rounds you have to be 922r compliant.

922r is not a problem. My saiga is a half breed.

Have you thought about installing the MSA AR-15 mag adapter? Your mag problems will go away.
