Just received the final parts today. Got the base, rings and scope all leveled and installed. Sorry about the mediocre photos.

Details are:

Savage 10FCP-K in .308 with Accustock and Accutrigger
SWFA SS 5-20HD FFP scope with sun shade and covers
Seekins precision rings
Warne precision 20MOA scope base
Vortex level for the scope body
Harris Bipod

9 round detachable magazine
Magnification throw lever from SWFA which must be backordered

I also need to install the Karsten cheek rest, but may paint the stock first. Haven't decided.

Now that it is assembled, it's time to take it out and get it sighted in, then start having some fun!!!!

Hope you like as much as I do!!!!!!!

Bolt that into a Sharp Shooter Supply Var-Tac, drop in their target trigger, swap out the bolt handle for one of theirs, and it will look........

....almost as good as mine :)

Awsome rifle, give us a range report when you can!

Ive been looking at the Savage 10FCP-K for a while... so let me know how it shoots. Is there a reason you settled on this gun over a Remmy 700 like the SPS Tactical or the 5R version?

Price, features, trigger, stock?

I played with a Remmy 5R a bit and chose this one for a variety of reasons. The barrel is 4" longer which will keep the round supersonic a bit longer, I REALLY like the feel of the Accutrigger over the Remmy, it comes with a detachable box mag standard, as well as barrel fluting and a muzzle break. These were all selling features to me.

By all reports the Accustock is quite good for a factory model so I may not change it, though there are options if I do.

It shoots pretty good. Took it out today and shot off a bipod and my shoulder.
